Yes. Coverage continues uninterrupted while your watch is with an authorised service centre or watchmaker. We even cover transit to and from the facility when you use our vetted courier partners.
Garde plan: 48 hours from claim approval. Maison: 24 hours. Atelier: same-day wire transfer or we source an equivalent replacement through our dealer network within 72 hours — whichever you prefer.
Absolutely. Our Maison and Atelier plans are designed for collectors with multiple timepieces. Atelier covers your entire collection under a single policy with unlimited aggregate value. Collectors with 10+ pieces receive dedicated concierge service.
We do not cover intentional damage, unexplained loss without reasonable evidence, or watches used in competitive motorsport without prior endorsement. All other exclusions are clearly stated in your policy schedule — no hidden surprises.
